In the lounge dining area there is a table and four chairs, a sofa, an easy chair, a colour TV with DVD player and a VCR.

There are two electric heaters in case the evenings get chilly.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric hob, combination microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator. Cooking utensils, crockery and glassware are provided for a family of four. Other equipment includes an electric kettle and toaster.

The chalet is approached from the garden and a covered porch through glazed double doors to the L shaped lounge, dining and kitchen area.

The double bedroom is fitted with wardrobes, cupboards, dressing table, vanity mirror with light and shaver point. The 4' 6" double bed has individual reading lights.

A small bedroom leading off the hall has two single beds arranged one above the other, a chest of drawers and reading lights. The upper single bed can easily be removed if requested. The single bed layout is shown in the picture alongside.

The shower room, with WC, wash hand basin and electric shower in a fully tiled unit and electric wall heater, also leads from the small hallway. This room was fully re-furbished in 2011 with new fittings throughout.

Outside is a patio area with table and chairs and a barbecue. There is now a summerhouse adjacent to the patio, not shown yet in the picture. The lower half of the garden is available for relaxation. There is off road parking.

An immersion heater provides hot water. The tank cupboard contains the cleaning equipment, including a spin drier. An iron and board is supplied.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Matresses are in accordance with current fire regulations. Please note towels are NOT provided. The sofa easily converts to an excellent sofa bed which is available for use if requested, and for an additional small charge for visitors in addition to the normal 4.
